How we find the cause.
We check the supply, the waste connections and the space available against what you want done. A repair, a fixture replacement and a layout change are three different scopes, so we start by pinning down which one you actually need and what the finished result should look like.
New appliances and sinks routinely have different connection points and clearance requirements from the ones they replace, and a deeper sink can leave no room for the existing waste. Check the specifications before the cabinetry is built, not after. If your flexible hoses are more than a decade old, they are worth replacing while everything is accessible.
What to send us
Send photos of the fixture and the connections underneath, plus the model or specification of any new appliance or sink. Tell us about planned cabinetry changes and whether the layout is staying as it is.
What actually moves the price
Access, fixture type, connection alterations and whether supply or drainage has to move all affect the work. Confirm whether the product is supplied and whether removing the old fixture is included, because both are commonly excluded.
